In November 2014, NYX Gaming Group completed the purchase of the Ongame Poker Network. Today, they have announced they are swiftly moving forward with the development of the NYX Poker client by adding in their NYX OGS™ casino offering. The enabling of their casino offering will allow poker players to play NYX’s roster of casino games without having to exit out of the poker client. Poker players will be able to spin the reels playing a selection of slots chosen from NYX’s vast casino catalogue while playing at the poker tables.
Speaking on behalf of NYX Gaming, David Flynn EVP of Business Development, explains, “We keep on adding value to our Ongame acquisition and our overall footprint. Operators are now able to offer our award-winning Casino titles to their poker players and let players play one or more games at the same time. We know that a lot of players will appreciate this addition and that it will be a positive revenue driver for our business partners.”
Operators will rejoice as their revenues will increase at a quicker rate from players having the chance to play multiple games at once. Cross-promoting poker and casino products will also be easier than ever for Operators.
Flynn further states, “We have worked hard on this integration with a focus on minimizing the work needed for our partners. We offer our entire game portfolio through existing integrations and are really proud of how fast and efficiently we bring this to the market. We start off with a .COM launch and will add more markets shortly.”
